How much is shipping within the UK?

Shipping is a flat rate of £4.99 and is tracked by Royal Mail. Our products are packaged with care and are delicate in nature, so we like to know they arrive safely as much as you like knowing where they are.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can! Please email info@ethicalnature.co.uk for international shipping enquires and we would
be happy to help you further.
What are your Returns and Exchange Policies?

If you change your mind and bring it to our attention, we are happy to assist you. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@ethicalnature.co.uk and we will advise you of the next steps.
Ethical Nature is a small business, so we can happily offer exchanges and store credit, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at this stage. Please be aware customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Are your products authentic and ethically sourced?

Yes, they are! Ethical in nature and ethical in business is what we stand for. All our products are genuine, authentic and ethically sourced from across the world.
Our products are mainly made by hand, using natural resources. This means not one product is the same and they can have slight imperfections. Our products are perfectly imperfect just like nature.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We love nature and want to help save the earth so we ensure we use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging and there is no plastic anywhere at EN. We are also paper-free so your receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you and will not be included with delivery.
Do you have the option to do wholesale?

Yes, and we would love to assist you with wholesale enquiries. Please send a message with your

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them and you will receive an email notification when the products are shipped. In general, we say orders will be with you between 3 to 5 working days.
